What the extension does

Axiom Karisma Bridge has a single purpose: when you click “Send to Karisma” inside the RadiologyDashboard application, it transfers the report you are viewing to a small helper program on your own computer, which places it on the Windows clipboard in RTF format and can optionally paste it into the Karisma application window.

Data handling

• The extension only runs on RadiologyDashboard pages and only acts when you click the button — it does not read or monitor any other browsing.
• Report content is passed directly from the page to the local helper on the same PC via the browser's native messaging channel. It is never transmitted to Axiom Data, Google, or any external server by this extension.
• The extension stores two settings in your browser's extension storage: the Karisma window title to match, and whether auto-paste is enabled. No report content, health information, or personal data is stored.
• No analytics, no tracking, no cookies.

Permissions explained

• nativeMessaging — to talk to the local clipboard helper on your PC (the only way a browser can produce true RTF).
• storage — to remember your two settings above.
• Site access (RadiologyDashboard domains only) — so the “Send to Karisma” button in the app can reach the extension.
